Webpage provides infographics on how federal courts have ruled as of 8/14/25 on interim relief (temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, blocks pending appeal) in the 378 cases tracked by Just Security which challenge the second Trump administration's executive actions. No case tracked by Just Security has been decided on the merits yet, but interim relief against the government has been secured in 119 cases (primarily involving immigration and civil liberties), denied in 72 cases (primarily involving government personnel and restructuring), granted in part and denied in part in 11 cases, and is pending ruling in 146 cases. Additionally, 7 cases are identified as dismissed, 21 cases otherwise closed, and 2 "misc. transferred."
