MassHealth Social Services Integration Working Group -apply by Aug 4 at noon

MassHealth is seeking nominees to serve on a working group to address how newly formed ACOs can best address social determinants of health through social services integration and by using flexible funds available for this purpose. ACOs are expected to be enrolling members for coverage beginning March 2018.

To be considered, interested individuals must submit a completed nomination form and resume by email to Melissa Morrison at Melissa.Morrison@state.ma.us by Friday, August 4, 2017, no later than 12:00 PM. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
