Friday Action Steps: Sign on Letter to Gov’s Advisory Task Force; Outreach Needed to Reps Keating, Clark and Auchincloss
TGIF! But hoping you can take just 5 minutes to help us with a few action steps (and you will end the work week feeling really good about this!).
Help get MA Reps Clark, Keating and Auchincloss to Co-sponsor Bill to Restore SNAP Benefits
Most of our MA Delegation have signed on as co-sponsors to Restoring Food Security for American Families and Farmers Act of 2025 - except for Reps Clark, Keating and Auchincloss. The bill would repeal all of the SNAP cuts enacted in the budget reconciliation law. Here’s a list of the Dems who have not signed on yet. This bill will be introduced soon by Sen. Lujan (D-NM) and Sen. Ag Committee Ranking Member Klobuchar (D-MN) and Rep. Hayes (D-CT) and House Ag Committee Ranking Member Craig (D-MN). The bill would repeal all of the SNAP cuts enacted in the budget reconciliation law.
ACTION STEPS:
