Updated FPL Tables & HCWG Meeting This Wednesday

Updated FPL Tables:
The updated tables from MassHealth and MLRI showing the upper income levels for MassHealth and Health Connector programs are posted on MassLegalServices here.
The tables are updated to show the cost of living adjustments for 2021 that take effect in MassHealth programs today: March 1, 2021. The MLRI table reflects that the Health Connector will continue using the 2020 federal poverty levels for determining eligibility for coverage throughout 2021.
