Assistant teacher was accused by a mother of trying to smother the mother's child, which was untrue. Claiamnt was very upset by this, called in sick for several days, then did not return to her job. Supervisor had said that if she couldn't deal with this kind of accusation she should find another job. Board concludes that claimant left for an urgent and compelling reason and that even if she had requested a leave of absence, it would not have helped. BR-85323 Advocate: GBLS
