This handbook is specifically designed to assist attorneys in working more effectively with Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf/Blind clients. While the handbook is geared toward Florida attorneys, the information is relevant to attorneys and advocates in any state.  

This handbook does not specifically address the accompanying issues of accessibility rights for Deaf and Hard of hearing people outside of the attorney-client relationship, although helpful resources on this topic are provided throughout the material.
