The Shriver Center, NHLP, ACLU, Regional Housing Legal Services, NNEDV, National Alliance to End Sexual Violence, and Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid just released a report on the failure of many state housing finance agencies to fully implement the protections provided to survivors in need of or living in LIHTC housing, in spite of VAWA applying to the LIHTC program since 2013.
