To enhance accommodation options for clients with disabilities, new remedy selections are being added to the Remedy drop-down menu in BEACON. These systems changes are scheduled to deploy on Monday, May 9th.
These new remedy selections are:

DTA Initiated email communication (CAC Only)

DTA Initiated speak slowly and clearly

DTA Initiated keep face visible for communication
In addition, remedy updates were made to include the relocation of Video Remote Interpreter (VRI) equipment to Nubian Square TAO and the removal of No in-office appointments.
To save files, right click and choose 'Save Target As' or 'Save Link As'
