OLGT 2019-48: Cross Programs: Funeral and Final Disposition Updates

The Department may pay to a licensed funeral establishment funeral and final disposition costs up to a maximum of $1,100 provided that the total cost of the funeral and final disposition does not exceed $3,500.
Effective July 1, 2019, DTA will deduct liquid assets from the total costs of funeral and final dispositions as long as they do not exceed $3500.
