Reversed - DCF did not have reasonable cause to support the 51A decision for sexual abuse against the Appellant (the boyfriend of the biological mother of children F, S, and T). There was insufficient evidence to support allegations that the Appellant had taken his clothes off in front of the three female children, kissed and rubbed their vaginas, forced the children to watch the Appellant and his girlfriend, the children's mother, have sex, and other sexual activities. The allegations of sexual abuse were reported to SH, the children's aunt, but could not be corroborated, and when the children were removed from SH's care, the allegations stopped. There were concerns that the children were being coached by SH to make statements against the Appellant.
