Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to support a 51A report of physical abuse when child testified that play-fighting with Appellant Father escalated to physical abuse on multiple occasions; that he believed the Appellant had anger issues; that he was hit by Appellant during their court ordered visitation time - resulting in bruises and marks -, and the child’s testimony was consistent and found credible.
