Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to support allegations of neglect where Appellant Father, with children in the car, was observed to be driving erratically and was later charged with OUI and Child Endangerment after he failed a sobriety test and was found to have a half-full bottle of vodka in the car. A police officer’s detailed report and subsequent arrest outweigh children’s testimony that Appellant was not slurring or driving poorly, Appellant having no history of substance use, and Appellant’s testimony that he was not drinking.
