Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to find neglect where the Appellant Father: (1) exposed children to a highly hostile home environment by verbally, emotionally, and physically abusing child and mother; (2) cursed at mother and called her bad names in front of children; (3) hit, slapped, spanked, and pinched the children and mother, which was amplified by reports from school staff members, who children reported abusive behavior to; and (4) swore at child and told him that he would be kicked out of the family, to which child expressed feeling unsafe around Appellant Father.
