Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to support a finding of neglect because 1) the child in this case was traumatized, exhibited at risk and oppositional behavior so concerning that their therapist considered recommending out of home placement, and had a history of sexual abuse and was vulnerable to exploitation 2) Appellant's witness testified there was room for improvement in the Appellant's supervision 3) Although Appellant father did go looking for and contacted the child's mother, he did not call police when the child took the Appellant's bicycle and went missing for hours.
