Affirmed - DCF acted with a reasonable basis in finding neglect by Appellant (a DCF Direct Care Supervisor at a residential facility) where Appellant fell asleep while he was supposed to be supervising children overnight. Three children were in danger when they snuck out of the facility for about an hour and forty-five minutes early in the morning.
