Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to support a finding of neglect because 1) Appellant did not dispute that the altercation took place 2) it was undisputed that the Appellant slapped the child and pulled her hair prior to this incident 3) during this incident the Appellant threw the child into a room with force, leaving the child with bruises on her forehead and two black eyes.
