Affirmed - DCF had reasonable cause to support a finding of neglect and abuse because 1) child was found to be credible because of the visible physical injury from being struck in the face, their level of distress after speaking to Appellant mother, and their siblings corroborated the same exact story that Appellant mother hit the child while Appellant was trying to remove splinters from child's hand. 2) Appellant mother was not found to be credible because provided new information (an excuse that child hit their head on a doorknob later on) 3) all three children reported that Appellant often pinches or slaps them when upset.
