Affirmed - DCF had a reasonable cause to support a finding of neglect because Appellant mother failed to protect her children from exposure to violence between her and her partner. Police responded twice within a five-month period to calls for help due to domestic violence, and the subject children recounted details of the assault. DCF determined that Appellant placed her children in danger or posed substantial risk to their safety or well-being, and failed to take actions necessary to provide the subject children with minimally adequate supervision, and emotional stability and growth.
