The enclosed document serves as the plan for the Massachusetts Trial Court to provide comprehensive services for Limited English Proficiency (LEP) individuals in compliance with Massachusetts and federal law, and represents the policy of the Trial Court to provide meaningful language access for all LEP individuals. Statewide implementation of the Language Access Plan will begin in January 2015.
