FYI: Learnfare Reminder

If a recipient does not provide verification of school attendance, DTA can only close TAFDC benefits for the child in question. DTA cannot terminate benefits to the whole family. If the child is removed from the grant and the recipient provides school verification within 30 days, the child's case must be reopened.
