Subject: 1/28 Health Connector Customer Service Hours

Good evening,

Earlier this evening, Governor Baker announced that non-emergency state employees will not report to work on Wednesday, January 28. Therefore, the Health Connectorâs customer services centers in Boston and Worcester will remain closed for in-person assistance tomorrow, but consumers will still be able to call 1-877-MA-ENROLL (1-877-623-6765) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for application assistance. The Health Connector plans to re-open fully staffed call centers and walk-in centers for regular business hours beginning at 7 a.m. on Thursday, January 29. Consumers will have two days to make in-person payments in Worcester or in Boston before the January 30 deadline to pay for February 1 coverage.
