Fiscal Year 2016 Budget Bills -MLRI Analyses

Attached is MLRI's analysis of the Governor's proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2016, House 1, and  the House Ways & Means Committee Budget bill  filed April 15, 2016, and the Senate Ways & Means Committee Budget bill filed in May.  As of June 1, the final House & Senate bills are in conference awaiting the agreed on conference bill that will then go to the Governor.
