Field Ops Memo 2005-29: TAFDC education/Training Counter: Vocational Proficienty Indicator

The purpose of this memo is to inform AU Managers about the use of the “Vocational Proficiency” indicator located on the ESP Activity window, which must be checked when a recipient enters a Department-approved non-degree program at a 2-year college.
