Field Ops Memo 2005-28: TAFDC - Distance Learning Sites

Distance Learning refers to a video- and computer-based educational activity available on the Internet. The Department has identified six Distance Learning sites funded by the Massachusetts Department of Education (DOE) that help recipients get their GED or high school equivalency diploma and that meet the Work Program requirement through education for up to 20 hours per week.
