Extended MassHealth Customer Service Hours

Please note extended hours at MassHealth Customer Service for managed care enrollment assistance. Extended hours do not apply to the MassHealth Enrollment Centers & eligibility related assistance.
 
And even if state offices are closed tomorrow due to the storm, the MassHealth Customer Service call center has staff out of state who may still be available to assist with managed care enrollment.

Important News for Certified Assisters in Massachusetts
In This Issue... March 12, 2018
Dear Assisters,
 
The MassHealth Customer Service Center (1-800-841-2900, TTY: 1-800-497-4648) will extend hours through the month of March for managed care plan enrollment assistance:
  • Monday through Thursday calls will be accepted until 7pm (extended from 5pm)
  • Saturday hours 9:30am - 1:30pm
Please note that these extended hours do not apply to customer service functions other than plan enrollment assistance. Regular business hours remain for eligibility, transportation, provider inquiries, etc. (Monday through Friday 8am-5pm).
