The DOJ Language Access Plan complies with language access obligations under Executive Order 13166 and recommits the Department to a consistent approach while improving accessibility to Department programs and activities for limited English proficient (LEP) persons.  DOJ Plan adheres to the Attorney General’s request that all federal agencies evaluate and update federal agency LEP services and LEP policies, plans, and protocols.  DOJ interacts with LEP persons in many of ways, as listed in the LAP.
