The Administration & Finance Bulletin #16 issued in August 2010, requiring all state agencies in the Executive Branch to submit a plan that described how their agency provides equal access to limited English proficient (LEP) populations, and gave guidance about how to create a Language Access Plan.
Department of Youth Services completed their Language Access Plan on December 6, 2010, please see attached.
