DCF's Quarterly Reports contain, but are not limited to, the following information:

Consumer counts
Consumer demographics and information
- Age, sex, race, hispanic origin, primary language, location
- Service plan goal
- Continuous time in care
Consumers in placement with a goal of adoption
Intakes (case openings)
Consumers entering or leaving a placement in quarter
Adoption and guardianship subsidies
Foster home profile
Child maltreatment statistics

DCF has published and made available reports between 2005 and 2015 (available here), with the most recent available report being from Q1 of 2015. After 2015, DCF stopped producing Quarterly Reports.
