Telephone operator had good cause to accept "voluntary separation" buyout offer where she had already been transferred several times when offices closed, her union steward warned her that her current office was likely to be closed, and any other office would have required a much longer commute of over one and a half hours each way.  This was after remand from Dorchester District Court.  BR 98350 Advocate: Lee Durban, GBLS volunteer.
