Claimant found not disqualified from receiving UC benefits. Claimant left work without notifying supervisor. Claimant's failure to notify supervisor prior to leaving work was mitigated by fact that claimant was bi-polar and medications were not working and that claimant left work after supervisor yelled at him using profanity.
