For many, keeping safe and warm in the winter is hard to do. On Monday, October 29^th, Charlie Harak of the National Consumer Law Center will train health and human service providers on “Utility Rights: What Front Line Staff Need to Know.” Details are below. Come learn the specifics of how to protect the rights of low-income consumers to heat, electricity and more. Information will also be available on Fuel Assistance for low-income households.
