For many, keeping safe and warm in the winter is hard to do. On Monday, October 29th, Charlie Harak of the National Consumer Law Center will train health and human service providers on “Utility Rights: What Front Line Staff Need to Know.” Details are below. Come learn the specifics of how to protect the rights of low-income consumers to heat, electricity and more. Information will also be available on Fuel Assistance for low-income households.
