Claimant was initially approved for Section 30 training benefits, but approval was later rescinded by the Training Opportunities Unit because the training program was not full-time. R/E affirmed denial. BOR reversed R/E, ruling that training program met regulatory requirement of "12 credits each semester or the equivalent," citing Figueroa v. Director, 54 Mass. App. Ct. 64 (2002). Claimant's training program included clinical placement, which meant that the program was equivalent of 12 credit hours per semester.
