Library

Browse: Our library is arranged by practice area. To browse the materials in a practice area, click on the practice area you are interested in from the left hand column. This will bring you to the home page for that practice area. The materials in each practice area are organized by category. You can choose a category, and browse all of the materials that are filed in that category.

Search: Alternatively, you can search for materials. To search, click on the Search in the left hand column. This will bring you to a form which will allow you to search our entire library, limit your search to a single practice area, or even limit your search to a specific category. You can also search by the type of material you are looking for, including court decisions, administrative decisions, and law overviews.

Tag: Finally, many of the hearing and court decisions have been "tagged" by users with additional labels that may help you to identify relevant materials. These tags will appear in a "cloud" in the left column after you have used the search, or opened up a category to browse.
