Operations Bulletin 2016-01: Streamlining the Gross Income Limit for SNAP

In an effort to streamline the administration of SNAP, all households that fall under Broad Based Categorical Eligibility are subject to 200% of the federal poverty level income standards at 106 CMR364.976, effective January 4, 2016.
State regulations, notices and DTA publications including the Online Guide and brochures will be updated to reflect this change.
