Operations Bulletin 2015-03: Hearing Decisions Only Appealable in Court

This Bulletin serves as a reminder that when clients inform the Department that they disagree with a decision from the Division of Hearings, they can file for judicial review in Superior Court. If the applicant or client wishes to have a judicial review, s/he must file a Complaint for Judicial Review in the Suffolk Superior Court or the Superior Court in the county where s/he lives or has his or her principal place of business within 30 days after receipt of the fair hearing decision.
