The rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation presents many challenges to Local Housing Authorities (LHAs). DHCD has been working closely with LHAs, Department of Public Health (DPH), Executive Office of Elder Affairs(EOEA), and Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (EOHED) in order to share the most up to date best practices and information with LHAs. We appreciate that LHAs are on the front-lines ofthis situation, and we applaudyour hard work and ingenuity serving some of the most vulnerable residents of the Commonwealth.
