Attached is the MLRI MassHealth Income Chart.  This chart is based on the Office of Medicaid's 2015 Desk Guide of Federal Poverty Levels. Please note, the 2015 Desk Guide monthly  amounts are not rounded up as required by 130 CMR 506.007( C).  If MassHealth members are within $1.00 of the income chart on a monthly basis, or $12  an annualized basis, they may have a claim under the regulations that they are eligible, pursuant to 506.007(C).  MassHealth has programmed its computers to use these rounded down figures in its eligibility determinations, however.
