City of Somerville, MA Emergency Order Establishing a Moratorium on Eviction Enforecment

The Somerville Board of Health and Mayor Curtatone issued the attached emergency order which says that in order to safeguard the health and safety of Somerville residents no one may levy on an execution for possession in an eviction case  (applies to both residential and commercial) and no one can require a tenant to provide access to their unit except for very limited circumstances.
