Effective January 1, 2016, the Massachuestts minimum wage will increase from $9.00 per hour to $10.00 per hour. This change impacts all DTA programs, including all wage information and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) calculation for TAFDC or SNAP clients participating in a community service activity.
