Welcome to the LGBT Practice Area section. All legal services programs serve diverse populations of clients, including individuals who are LGBT. LGBT people often experience poverty and face unique obstacles based on their sexual orientation and gender identity. Here you will find information about a variety of topics that pertain to low income LGBT clients.
