Upcoming SNAP Coalition Meeting and Trainings; Please report BEACON/Systems Issues that do not get fixed

DTA BEACON Systems Issues Persists today (3/24):

As of 2 PM today, DTA Central reports it is still working to fix the BEACON and their systems issues.

As noted earlier, SNAP interviews for today were rescheduled until Monday and a robo call was supposed to go out telling clients of the change. Cash case managers have been told to reschedule any cash appointments that were missed due to this issue. If you or your clients have any issues accessing the DTA Assistance Line or getting case issues resolved early next week as a result of this problem please let us know.
