Agenda for upcoming SNAP Coalition meeting--Tues, June 24 at SFH

This is a reminder that the June SNAP Coalition Meeting is Tuesday, June 24 from 10 to Noon at St. Francis House in Boston (6th floor). Pat Baker is on vacation so Vicky Negus will be chairing the meeting. 

The Coalition meeting agenda will include:

  • DTA plans for upcoming changes to case management system: Overview and discussion about upcoming business re-design and move towards task based system.
  • Electronic Document Management (EDM): Updates and check in with community partners
  • DTA's new customer concern tracking system: Discussion of complaint procedures for clients and advocates
  • Update on Utility Information and the Standard Utility Allowance: changes to DTA application
  • Fault Determination and proration of SNAP benefits: Overview and significance of changes for clients
  • Program Integrity Checklist: Update on wage matches, overview of data matches used by DTA, how matches are processed and what to look out for
  • eNotification: Overview of details and implementation of eNotify
  • SNAP Employment and Training: Discussion of job search requirements, exemptions and good cause
  • Immigrant SNAP eligibility issues: discussion and reports from community partners
