Annual Basic Benefits Training: Immigrants and Public Benefits May 3, 2018.
 
Attached please find the updated flyer with the new date  for this training: May 3, 2018. (The original March 8 date was postponed due to the storm). 
 

Please note extended hours at MassHealth Customer Service for managed care enrollment assistance. Extended hours do not apply to the MassHealth Enrollment Centers & eligibility related assistance.
 
And even if state offices are closed tomorrow due to the storm, the MassHealth Customer Service call center has staff out of state who may still be available to assist with managed care enrollment.
Two items of interest: Training on March 8, and new information about Continuity of Care during Transition to new MassHealth managed care plans on March 1.

Tomorrow Jan 23 is the last day of open enrollment for coverage through the Connector. That means the last day to apply for coverage and for those eligible for a ConnectorCare plan or Health Connector Plan, to select a plan and pay any premium due in order to be enrolled by Feb 1. It is also the last day for those enrolled in a plan to change plans effective Feb 1. For more information: https://mahealthconnector.optum.com/individual/

The attached flyer shows the location of MassHealth enrollment events scheduled around the state through the end of May

"Come to a MassHealth event to talk to us one-on-one about everything MassHealth, including coverage, eligibility, and health plan enrollment. MassHealth staff will be available to help you with new health plan options, changing your primary care provider (PCP), or other questions you have about MassHealth."

CMS (the Federal Medicaid Agency) has approved MassHealth's request to stop doing Provisional Income Eligibility for adults.  The 2-page approval letter is attached, the related changes to the waiver documents are posted here:
