A juvenile case does NOT appear on a CORI unless the case was transferred to Superior Court.  This booklet explains how to get a copy of a person's Massachusetts juvenile record.  This booklet is set up to be printed on two sides.  The booklet is geared to community agencies and pro se parties.  The form to request a copy of a juvenile record is included.
