The rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation presents many challenges to Local Housing Authorities (LHAs). DHCD has been working closely with LHAs, Department of Public Health (DPH), Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA), and Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (EOHED) in order to share the most up to date best practices and information with LHAs. This Public Housing Notice (PHN) provides a list of best practices, recommended LHA actions, and amended DHCD guidance regarding LHA operations during the COVID-19 response.
