As of TODAY (Monday, 12/18) DTA has made some massive changes to the way they ask for verifications (proofs). Requests for proofs- verifications - are one of the biggest access barriers for our clients who are applying for or trying to keep SNAP or cash benefits. We think the set of changes that DTA has made have the potential to positively impact every client who comes in contact with DTA. Attached is a brief overview of some of the changes.
