Mass Bar Association Seeks 2014-2015 Access to Justice Award Nominations

The Massachusetts Bar Association annually recognizes the efforts of attorneys and law firms who have made significant strides in enhancing access to justice.  Nominations must be submitted by November 17, in one of the following four categories:

  • Pro Bono Publico Award
  • DefenderAward
  • Legal Services Award
  • Pro Bono Award for Law Firms

Developed by William Palin a Massachusetts based attorney and mobile developer, PaperHealth provides a simple and easy way for Massachusetts residents to assign a legally binding Healthcare Proxy and non-binding living will form from their iPhones.
