The attached complaint was filed by Naomi Meyer of Greater Boston Legal Services under the Department of Transitional Assistance's Language Access Plan [1] for failure to provide language access and copied to Ron Marlow with the Office of Access and Opportunity.

The complaint is in regards to a Haitian Creole speaking, LEP individual (Ms. F) who was denied an interpreter for an appointment with a DTA case worked and needed to use a friend, who was not a trained interpreter, to communicate with DTA personnel.
