DTA phone line issue resolved

DTA has shared that the Assistance Line and Senior Assistance Office are both back up and running. Clients who had a SNAP interview scheduled for yesterday will have it rescheduled. Reminder that those who need an interview (pending applications or certain Recertifications) can affirmatively call DTA at any time during business hours, they do not need to wait for the scheduled appointment. 
And another plug for upcoming Basic Benefits Trainings through MCLE - 
MLRI and our partner legal services advocates are continuing with the annual Basic Benefits Training series. For now, all are remote trainings. The first one on Assisting Families Experiencing Homelessness is schedule for September 23rd.  The entire MLRI 2020/21 BBT series and links to register can be accessed HERE.
