What You Should Know About Drivers' Licenses and Drug Convictions

Effective March 2016, the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles no longer suspends drivers' licenses of those convicted of drug offenses (other than "drug trafficking" OF ANY ANY DRUG EXCEPT MARIJUANA).  The attached flyer explains this change in the law.  It also explains how to get a license back if it was previously suspended for a drug offense other than trafficking,
